Sizing & Care

Tania Harvey uses standard British ring sizes.

If you don`t see your ring size available most of the designs can be made to order in your size on request.

If you are unsure of your ring size, many high street jewellers are happy to measure your ring size for free.

Please ensure the measurement is taken when your hands are at normal temperature as being either hot or cold can result in the wrong size.

Bangles are listed with there internal diameter measurements.

All compact snake and belcher chains are available in 3 lengths,40cm, 45cm and 50cm.

Other lengths may be available on request.

Linked necklaces can be altered or made to any required length on request and at an additional cost if longer.

With a little care you will be able to enjoy your jewellery for many years to come.

Try to protect all jewellery from scratches and knocks, exposure to chemicals,and extremes in temperature and sunlight.

Remove jewellery when doing household tasks or manual labour, such as gardening, cleaning, DIY etc.

Avoid wearing in swimming pools, hot tubs and bathing, chlorine in water can affect metals and gemstones.

Store pieces separately so they do not abrade each other.

Snake chains should be hung or gently coiled as they are prone to bends or kinks if crushed.

All of Tania`s jewellery can be cleaned by wiping with a soft dry cloth.

Polished pieces can be cleaned with warm soapy water, or a silver cloth, or silver cleaning products.

Matt pieces can be washed in warm soapy water.

Oxidised areas should not be cleaned with anything other than a dry cloth as it may remove the patina.

Matt finishes will, over time buff themselves smooth and may loose their patina.

Jewellery can be returned to me to be cleaned and refinished on request, this may incur a small charge to cover the postage.
